Shocking ring quality

Good day NWJ !!!

I bought a ring for my fiance at nwj online shop ,I proposed bought the ring bought it in April proposed on March the 20th believe it or not the small side diamond fell out , nwj Pietermaritzburg in the liberty Midlands mall said it would take 3 weeks for it to be repaired ... Imagine you just got engaged and that happens oh well we thought must of been bad luck , once the ring returned within the second the month we found ourselves back in the same boat , side diamond fell out sent it back to the same branch got told another 3 weeks upon the 2nd week we received a call we can exchange the ring for the same value in the shop , then we went to nwj Pietermaritzburg got told we want a refund on the ring we purchased online then get told , ...........we only send rings to head office on Thursdays which is once a week .... Also got told in the same token refund will be submitted on Thursday !!! And today is Saturday by the way !!! We have to wait for authorisation before they refund us "!!!!!! Once approved we will have to wait 3 to 4 working days . It was a 9ct white gold ring . I will never recommend anyone to by from nwj especially online , shocking service. The only reason why I bought the ring was because of Melisa service from head office other wise you guys a shocking . Would never recommend you purchase a ring their guess I will wait 3 weeks for the money to reflect into my account , and when we buy a ring it has to reflect in order for the order to be complete!!!
