Shocking Quality
For my 21st Birthday (March 2016) I received 2 gifts from NWJ. A Diamond ring from my mom and a tennis bracelet from my boyfriend.
I wore the tennis bracelet for my 21st, it broke the same day. I returned it to the shop where I was told it would be repaired. I received it back +-3 months later and wore it for my boyfriends 21st. At this stage I was so annoyed I refused for it to be fixed and asked for my money back. I received gift vouchers which are really useless to me because I don't feel like buying anything from your store that is just going to break all the time.
My ring is a diamond with 12 small diamonds around it. Before July I had taken my ring back twice as the small diamonds kept falling out. They told me it could possibly be because the ring was resized (by NWJ). So they had a new one made for me. I have since then lost 2 diamonds. My warranty is over so my ring isn't covered and instead of being left with sentimental pieces of jewelry from my loved ones for my 21st, I am left with a bunch of gift vouchers (the amount had to be spread over R200 gift Vouchers) and a ring which I am not sure how long I will be able to call it a diamond ring for.
Absolutely shocking and beyond disappointing.
