SELLING RUBISH AND NOT EVEN OPEN TO HELP

I have in the last 11 months have had to replace 2 off my rings, half of the stores are offline, alberton doesnt want to give me a manual qoute????????????????? My ring has to go in so that they can check and see if they can repair for me, just to tell you I was forced to buy the second one from them too, next month I am married for a year and this is the s*** i have to go thru with you people?????????????? Why can't any of your branches ever help us properly?????????????
