SELLING DAMAGED GOODS TO CUSTOMER AND REFUSE TO RE

One of their store assistant at Green stone mall sold me a damaged watch. i went back to the store and returned it back and told them i don't want it anymore. they refused to take it back and claim that its not their fault but at the end they took it back and said they don't have money to refund me at that moment and promised to give me a call in which they did'not. when i phoned them about the refund they said i must come to the store to take my refund but when i got there they refused to pay me back claiming that its not their fault that the watch was faulty but its my fault. Their service is ridiculously poor, they have no respect to their customer's complains and indicats no effort of seeing this matter resolved and im still waiting for their call till today.
