Second rate products

NWJ recently opened a new outlet in Mountain Mill Shopping Centre in Worcester. I bought my wife a gift for her birthday - a gold chain with pendant for approximately R2,000.00. This chain broke the first time she touched it. It was returned to the outlet and they replaced this with a new chain and my wife had to pay a difference towards the new gift. As soon as she opened this new package, the chain also broke. My wife took back this chain as well and this was send back to some manufacturers to be repaired. I received a call this morning informing me that the repair costs of this brand new chain was R110.00.

This is not my first encounter with NWJ selling me second rate products.
