rudeness

I gave my watch in at nwj to get repaired they send it in to get a quote. When I phoned *** the people in the service department laughed at me as per nwj the watch was suppose to be under warranty and one of the *****s came loose on the inside when I tried explaining this the laughed and gave me the wrong names of the people I spoke to.... If you phoned back then that person is not even working there... This is the service you get for buying their brands.. The charge me for repair 893.00 they have to put a new casing in apparently. ..... how can that be... This is nonsense... It must be a factory fault. And now they don't want to take the responsibility I will never buy police again...
