ring resize issues

so after my initial post the lady told me to take my ring in with the slip and they will resize it at no cost. so i go into the woodmead store. they have no email so they cannot do the resize which takes 10 working days. now im waiting for someone to send em an email and nothing yet. i wonder why we support these poeple if they cannot assist us when we need.
