Return with no refund

I bought a ring from NWJ 25 Dec '18, after being delivered damaged I took it to a store for a refund. They took the ring and still haven't refunded me (26 Feb '19). When querying this 2 weeks after returning the ring they informed me that the funds will reflect within 48hrs. After querying again they sent me a proof of payment stating the refund was made 28 Jan '19. No account detail on the proof of payment and the payment does not reflect in my bank account. I asked if the accounts department could please check the account number to verify if the refund was made into the correct account and attached my bank statement as proof that I have not received the refund. They again sent me the proof of payment with no account details so I cannot check and they are not verifying the banking detail used. I've been going in circles to no avail. Order # ********** 824
