Return goods in Original packaging 5days waiting period?????
My Husband Bought me a watch on Saturday morning for my Birthday, I was not happy with the choice so he said he will take it back.Monday came he took it back still in original packaging and they had no other option that I preferred.They then said we cant have our money back. They said we had to wait 5 working days to get a refund.At the back of there slip it states if goods is returned in original packaging they must refund in store This is unacceptable we buy immediately and have to wait 5 working days for our money back?Hello Peter please help!!
