Repaired three times

A diamond on my engagement ring kept falling out. I sent it in for repairs and this is the third time. The diamond on my ring that kept falling out, fell out of the same place each and every time. When I called NWJ Clearwaters to find out what was wrong with the product, they informed me that there is nothing wrong with the product and that the diamond falling out was due to my negligence. My ring is well taken care of and I find it unacceptable to use this as an excuse when the real problem with the product can not be established. Further, this is an engagement ring, and it is disappointing to that I had to take it in for repairs on three occasions.
