regret buying a ring at NWJ
19 September 2015 ,for my wedding at the end of the year , few months later I lost a stone from the the ring ,I don't trust the quality of NWJ products anymore and their 6 month Repair policy is not helping,Now it taken to the head office as per menlyn consultant ,I am newly wedd with it fills horrible ,Can you please replace or refund me please for my ring,
