Refund

I'm not happy any more with NWJ online shopping. I have been made an order on the 26 July 2023, I did a follow-up, Brenton and Mellisa said it’s not in sellable condition. He offered me an exchange or refund, I chose a refund. Brenton said he will complete a refund since 2 February 2024. I sent an emails several times, they do not respond and they do not answer my calls. I just want my money back only.
