REFUND

I bought a watch on Friday the 7th August 2015 at NWJ store in Woodlands mall. I was however not happy with the watch so I tried retuning it on Saturday and I was told that I needed Authorization as there was no manger and I understood as it was a long weekend and was told to come back the following business day which was the Tuesday 11th August to be refunded. I did exactly that and the Lady that assisted me Thandi gave me an invoice number 28883 to follow up on the refund and process , I called the very next day around midday to check and I was told the store owner was in meetings the whole but will refund the money soonest. I called the next day around the same time 13th and was told the same thing as before. I called again today the 14th August and I was told the owner is still in meetings. This is unacceptable because when i bought the watch its was a cash deal but when I am supposed to refunded its mission. Please refund the money ASAP because i have already drooped your goods off.
