Really bad customer service received from NWJ Kolonnade

The assistants at kolonnade mall NWJ are very eager to sell the rings but fail to mention a couple of things

I bought a Promise ring a week ago from NWJ kolonnade and then was told that if the ring does not fit that they can resize it, but never mentioned that it would cost an extra fee to resize the ring.

After accepting the fact that id have to pay to have to resize the ring, i was told that the ring would be ready on the next wednesday, i then went to the store and the ring was not reseized yet, they told me it would take a couple of days more, even after the assistant initially told me the ring would be back and resized on wednesday. Waiting to see if that "couple of days" will happen soon.

Wont be purchasing anything from them again.
