Quality of Their Rings Unsatisfactory

I am very disappointed at the quality of their rings. Wouldn't advice anyone to make a purchase. My husband bought a ring for me for out anniversary. Within two days of the purchase one little diamond stud came out. We took the ring back to NWJ Cresta mall. They apologized and replaced my ring with the very same design. A month later the ring I got as a replacement has the same issue. A diamond stud fell off. At this point I just want my money because clearly I cannot keep playing these games with them. Very disappointed!
