Poor service & incorrect information given to customer

Purhcased a ring from NWJ in the phoenix plaza. We had given it in for making the ring smaller in the 1st week of November. They said come back on the last day of November to collect it. We go there & they say to us the ring is not ready & it is not at the store. They advised that they will call us. Not a single person from there calls us. We then pay them a visit in the beginning of December & the ring is still not there! Being engaged recently & not being able to make use of the ring is absolutely disappointing! the service from NWJ in the phoenix plaza in Durban is pathetic! To date, we still did not get a call or the ring! To be given the run around by NWJ is terrible customer service!
