Poor service delivery

I write this out of extreme frustration. My mother bought a leaf style ring from one of your branches in Durban, my sister and I loved the ring so much that we wanted to get one for ourselves, we found another one in your Gateway branch which my sister bought, the lady in your Gateway branch promised to source another one from the Shelley beach store which they kept aside for me, however it has been weeks of waiting yet they keep giving us the excuse that they cannot deliver as head office is closed, they also cannot send directly to a closer store to me as I am based in Durban nor will they courier to my house.

This is extremely disappointing and the most pathetic service I've ever encountered from a well-established business
