Poor quality workmanship
My husband bought my engagement ring less than 2 years ago at NWJ and already 2 diamonds have fallen out. I went to the store where I bought it from and were told there is only a 6 month guarantee on their rings. Really??? Only 6 months for something that costs a fortune. I was told that they can send it for repairs, but it will be for my account. If you only guarantee your work for 6 months, you know that it is poor workmanship. I will never buy jewelry from NWJ again if this is the quality of it. My sister has a ring from American Swiss where she gets a lifetime guarantee if any diamonds fall out, they repair it at no cost. I am very disappointed!

13 Feb 2018, 08:13I have not heard anything back from you. Just a call to say they will speak to the branch. Your service is really shocking and your quality of work even worse. I will definitely not recommend you to anyone.
