POOR QUALITY RINGS/EXTREMELY POOR WORKMANSHIP

Good Day I am not impressed with the quality of the rings/poor workmanship on resizing of rings. I bought my wife the engagement ring and it broke not long after being purchased (less than 2 weeks). We took it back and it was repaired. Then I purchased a wedding band ring for my wife. I then required my late dads ring to be sized for my requirements and there was pathetic workmanship again as the ring was not even round. I only noticed when I got home so I took it back and it was then sent for alterations again. I am now noticing that my late dads ring(My wedding Ring) now actually got a crack and it was thinned down too much. My dad used this ring for over 30 years and it was never thin like it is now. Whoever is doing the alterations to the rings clearly don’t know what they are doing or are just lowering the quality of the ring. I cannot believe I have supported this store yet keep getting a poor quality product. I expect someone from this store to phone me and make arrangements to fix my ring at a PROFESSIONAL JEWELLER and restore the quality of this ring !!!
