Poor Quality Ring

This now the 3rd time my engagement ring had to go back.... I picked it up on the 4th of July two hours later one of the small stones is out again!!!! Unfortunately I work during the week and took it back now for the 3rd time on the 11 July. A Mr Busisiwe Malunga NWJ Customer care send me an email on the 17 June 2020 I must take the ring back. I send him a email back on the 10th telling him I want my money back and till today there has been no response??. In the shop they asked me if I want something else, there is no way I would buy by them again there quality jewelry are pathetic
