Poor quality jewelry

My fiance bought my engagement ring from NWJ online back in November 2018, he proposed February 2019 last year. It has been 1 year 5 months and the sterling silver of the ring is actually fading terribly!!!

I have bought sterling silver from American Swiss 4 years ago and the silver is still in one piece, still as shiny. I am getting married soon, only problem is my ring looks so ugly, the silver is LITERALLY fading, I cannot even wear my ring because of how horrible it looks.

I have bought a sterling silver cleaner from NWJ but not even that does it's job.

I cannot, and refuse to wear a ring that looks like this after only 1 year. This is not the first issue, last year I only had the ring a few days after my engagement and the small cubic zirconia gemstones fell out of the ring. My set was replaced, but what good is that now?

I need to know why this sterling silver has faded in such a short period of time. And what will be done about it as I REFUSE to get married with a faded ring. The wedding band that came with it, which has NEVER been worn is also starting to turn black on the rim of the ring! Im really disappointed.
