I took earrings of bad quality back. Julia offered me a refund as I did not want the flimsy earrings again and asked that I give my card for the refund. My card was not with me. She said she has no cash and can do an eft or I must come back when she has cash.

I am yet to get my R757 back after sending her proof of my new banking details via email. She demanded that I come to the store to get my money back when I called. Send my money back to me. It is my money. This service is despicable.

Where was it said that I must bring my bank card to get a refund.
