Poor follow up and feedback from NWJ

I went to NWJ in Nelspruit to hand in my watch to replace the wrist band on 20/08/2021. They said to me it will take 3 to 4 weeks to get the watch back because they have to send it to Casio. I phone NWJ on the third week to get any feedback and they said the will give me a call when the watch is back. On the fourth week a phone again and they said to me that casio forgot to pack the watch to send to Nelspruit but i will get it the following week Thursday. Today is the 07 October and i haven't received my watch. I am so cross with them because there us no follow up and feedback from them. From 3 to for weeks is now 7 weeks.
