Poor feedback and follow up

I have been trying to locate a specific ring that I had seen a couple months back. I tried emailing the branch itself(Westwood) as well as Pavillion and Gateway, but all came back negatively. I then decided on the 7 January this year to phone customer care.<br> I was contacted by Chantelle whom assured me that she would try and locate it.<br> The problem was that I didn't have the code or pictures of it, I however sent her a drawing of the ring<br> She eventually came back to me(after me pestering her) that they located the ring but it's imported and they can't get it for me or get it made, I proceeded to ask for pics and a code for the past 2 weeks but she was quite hesitant to contact head office (saying that was their final response)and today after trying again to contact her,her resp was that they cannot allocate it and they have tried. My response was that I queried about pics and a code because I was told by her that they had allocated the ring. Im very disappointed as I would have hoped that NWJ would place their clients happiness as priority and not give them the run around as I have been for the past three weeks<br> I am highly disappointed as I have been a loyal customer to NWJ for yrs
