PATHETIC WORKMANSHIP. NWJ RUINED MY ENGAGEMENT!!

My finance bought my engagement ring from NWJ Baywest in Nov 2020. In Dec 2020, just over a month after having my ring, a diamond fell out. I sent it in for repairs and thought that it was a 9nce of thing. In February 2021, another diamond fell out. I sent my ring in for repairs and was 5old by NWJ that they will be giving me a new one. The new ring came from one of their stores in Cape Town. Due to this we had to postpone our engagement shoot, which was very disappointing. I received my new ring in March 2021. I thought that I would have no further issues. However NWJs shoddy workmanship failed yet again. On the 30th of April 2021, I lost yet ANOTHER DIAMOND!!! I now have to send my ring in yet again for repairs. NWJ has RUINED MY ENGAGEMENT!! Your pathetic product has made me too scared to even wear my ring. What if I lose a stone on my wedding day!! I even bought my wedding band from them which we have not had resized as yet. Unfortunately I am stuck with it. I regret going to NWJ. I will never buy anything from NWJ again and advise everyone I know from going there. I will be taking your defective ring back to the store tomorrow. I don't want a new ring or a replacement or you make me a new one. I WANT MY MONEY BACK NWJ!! You can keep your defective ring. I AM DONE WITH YOU TRYING TO FIX MY Ring ALMOST EVERY MONTH!?
