Pathetic service, don't shop here

Pathetic service honestly, i made use of the whatsapp line and first i was left on read with no response... I then tried again and was asked how they could assist...again left on read ...complained about not getting assistance and was ignored...i used another number to contact them and complained and was left on read and ignored +***1

My wife shops by you guys monthly, but not anymore because you do not value you your customers...the way you treat client service is pathetic and show no need to assist and help
