Pathetic service!

Really not happy. I purchased teardrop earrings from NWJ in November 2023 and still haven't received my goods. I have emailed their online help and Melissa advised there is a backlog I requested a refund and still awaiting feedback.

This is really pathetic service as i have sent so many emails with no response. Not happy and will never recommend any 1 to use NWJ.
