Pathetic Service

In Dec i purchased a handchain for my husband from the La Lucia branch staff was helpful. The handchain was big and because westwood branch was closer took it there. The lady told us most of the repair department will be closed so bring it January they will be able to resize. In January took it back another lady there rude as hell not even a smile to the customer lady says there's nothing that can be done. I must take it back or choose something else but my husband did not like anything. She said she will not except it. Contacted head office on the 17th February to date no response. Be careful when purchasing at NWJ will definitely not be supporting them anymore. Pathetic service.
