Pathetic customer service
Well, I read previous reviews, with the same reply "company did not reply". Go figure!! I have spent thousands at this company, at The Mall if Africa, I phoned them 6 times this morning before loadshedding and 4 times during loadshedding. They don't even bother to answer the phone. I also phoned once from another phone, no answer. Past pathetic service. As long as you have the money to spend, they MAY bother to help, otherwise their customer aftersales service is non existent or very very "if" they feel like helping. I will never spend another dime there. All I want is a replacement for the watch I handed in that is still under guarantee.

03 Apr 2023, 16:35Thank you so much for your prompt reply. When I saw other complaints not noted, I felt helpless. Why spend thousands at a company if there is no after sales service? I hope we can sort this out quickly, because staff at that specific branch was not even a little bit interest in asking them about the Klein brand. To my knowledge it is a good make, at time of my purchase, my husband just passed away, and he was saving up to buy me a decent watch for my birthday. Fortunately I was in the position to spend money for a lifetime watch. I was very disappointed in the staff, tending to school kids that entered the store after me, and buying nothing. I was in tears because it was my late husband's last wish, before he passed away 😠to buy me a decent watch.
