PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

Good Day,<br> <br> Yesterday morning/afternoon 13/12/2015 my mother in-law and myself were in and out of NWJ Carnival Mall, looking at rings, getting prices, trying on different rings etc. The service we got from the staff was decent throughout the day. We were dead set on buying a ring to the value of around R10000. We were told the shop closes at 4pm. At 03:45pm I rushed in there to quickly get my ring size the door was closed but another staff member let me in as I explained I just want to get my ring size. Then there was an elderly african women who shouted at me from the TOP of her lungs stating that the shop is closed, I told her I just want a simple measurement of my finger for a ring size and I have basically been in there the entire day. She told me she doesnt care and the shop is closed. I told her okay it's fine I'll go purchase the ring elsewhere, and she laughed at me and said she doesnt care and I must go do that. I walked away, BUT I WAS FURIOUS!! The cheek, the bad attitude, the way she humilated me in front of everyone, I AM DISGUSTED. I will never in my life recommend that my family and friends go near NWJ at Carnival Mall!!! American Swiss here I come!
