NWJ very rude manager Loch Logan bfn

I went to NWJ recently. But my experience still makes me feel very angry about my experience there. The only reason I am giving two stars is because of the two ladies in the front. They were professional and friendly I was about to buy earrings. Their manager, who came in while we were talking from a smoke break, on the other hand and in front of me spoke to them (the staff) like they were dirt under his feet. Very disturbing and ugly to witness this behaviour. I will never shop there again, this man is rude and arrogant.
