NWJ - The worst jewelry store
If you ever need any jewelry fixed, polished or plated, please NEVER take it to NWJ. Not only was my ring not fixed properly, I received it in worse condition that I sent it in . And it broke again after the 1st wear (after i advised the lady behind the counter @ pavilion that i was unhappy and she was not willing to assist). When i collected my ring the second time , i noticed that they had melted my ring on the side that they fixed. I will never recommend this store to anyone .
