Nwj terrible quality with shocking service

I am having such horrible service from NWJ Fine Jewellery I bought a ring which wasn't cheap and a few days after most of the stones fell Out, nwj couldn't find another exact one so they fixed it 2 days later the same thing happened, I logged a complaint and they got the field manager to call Me named Mike Smith, he said they will get another ring and he will Make sure all In order, well they got another ring a week later the same thing happened most stones fell out, I called this field manager Mike today and all he has to say was unfortunately nothing he can do, I must drive back and basically figure it out, not 1 ounce of compassion zero Customer service , he basically told it is what it is, shocking quality from @NWJ Fine Jewellery how can a ring fall apart 4 times in under a month. Can I get a call from someone that actually wants to help and not someone that only has unfortunately in his vocabulary.
