NWJ Shocking Service and No Delivery on Purchased Item

I placed an online order and paid for a Silver Square Red & Round White Square Cluster Drop Pendant on 14 December 2023 from NWJ for a Christmas gift for family. I received emails from NWJ saying that they are "on top of my order" on the 14th, 17th and 21st December 2023. I responded to these emails after no succes using the whatsapp service which I tried to get feedback from 19 December up until now 16 January 2024. The email was dated 28 December 2023.

I have paid for an item and a delivery fee I have not received from NWJ, not to mention the dissappointment of my family. Since 3 January 2024 I have had no further communication.

As a first time buyer from this well advertised jewelry store, all I can say is I am sorely dissappointed and would not recommend this retail store to anyone. At present, they have taken my money and not delivered what I paid for. To all reading this review, I would suggest looking at other competing more professional jeweler brands.
