NWJ robs customers

Like everyone else, I have been ****** by NWJ Gateway. My 2 chains, one is my daughter's name chain. Can someone please help advise how best to deal with NWJ or if you have any information to proceed against them. . These chains do not belong to NWJ... The repair was only R250. They are such ******* by not calling me to collect.
