NWJ Ripoff

I sent my watch in for repairs on 28 August 2018.They said the motor was damaged and they replaced it. Great. 6 - 8 weeks. I had to phone them and ask if my watch has been repaired, after requesting them to phone once the watch was ready for collection. They never did. I had to pay R636 to have it repaired, great. A WEEK AND A HALF one of the little "hands" came loose. Bear in mind this watch is 5 going on to 6 years old, never has it been dropped or abused. NWJ has the audacity to tell me I dropped my watch and that's why the hand came off. Please do me a favour! I had to pay R60 and wait another 6-8 WEEKS for them to repair, and then phone them AGAIN after I explicitly told them to phone me once its ready. The R60 is nothing, its small change. Its the principle behind all this. NWJ, its YOUR workshop that worked on it, its YOUR workshop that never fitted the hand correctly. So, I blame YOUR workshop that I had to send my watch back. And then for you to tell me I dropped my watch. Please. I told your lady at Richards Bay NWJ they have lost a customer. Honestly. I wait years for my watch to be repaired and then have to pay again because the job wasn't done properly the first time. I REFUSE to accept your reasoning as to why the watch broke a week and a half after you fixed it. I'll take it to another jeweler next time.
