NWJ ring stone changing inside after replacement

<p>I had a stone replacement on my ring because it just fallen off. I noticed that the stone is now somehow changing inside and took it to the NWJ Store in Centurion Mall for checking.</p> <p>To my surprise I was told I’ve knocked the ring so therefore I need to pay for the fixing.
