NWJ refuses to fix their damaged product

On 09/2014 my fiancee bought an engagement ring for +- R4500.00 on sale original price @ R7200.00. He bought this ring with hope that we will built it up for a wedding ring. I noticed that it was loosing its shape while on finger within the first 3 months of wearing it then decided to stop wearing it further unfortunately could not take it back or report since was too busy preparing for the wedding end March 2015 . We decided to buy a wedding ring from Sterns since we were running out of time . We reported the matter with the shop assistant mid April who took the ring in for repairs to be returned 06/05/2015. To our surprise on the 10th when collecting the ring , it came back as is , no repairs were done . Asked for a shop manager which was not available to attend to us and we were told that Deena- branch mngr will contact us 1st thing tomorrow , a week went by my fiancee called the shop and again he was not available to take his call , he left a message no call returned until Friday 22nd when he decided to send shop assistant to contact me regarding the complaint , I then asked to speak to him , he said the matter s not in his hands I must call louise to liase with her .
