NWJ RCS GROUP ARE USELESS

I have been trying for over a month to close my NWJ account, I have forwarded them proof of payment and paid the settlement amount that they finally sent me and yet I still have no idea what is happening with the account.

They do not respond to any emails, in store cannot help me.

IF RCS SEE THIS PLEASE CLOSE MY ACCOUNT!!!!!!!!!!
