NWJ RCS accounts department is pathetic

The accounts department of RCS NWJ is absolutely pathetic. 3 months in a row they contact me claimin i have not paid my account when i even paid before i should and more than i should. They continously neglect to capture my payments then i have to Whatsapp 2 different numbers, email them and call their head office to get it sorted!!! Pathetic!!!!!!!!
