Nwj poor service and poor online communication #
On the 6 February 2021 I order gold studded earrings and I got confirmation that my payment went through. Since then I'm still waiting for my order. Melissa from Nwj only responded twice or thrice to my question and she informed me that by the end of last week I would have received my order but nothing. Nwj provides poor online service and poor communication with their clients. I just want a refund. I will never shop there again. I'm deeply disappointed.
