NWJ - Poor Quality Products and ********** Customer Service

NWJ has advertised falsely, the products advertised are not of the quality they assert they are.

At the stores customers are told there is nothing that can be done about the poor quality and payment of hundreds of Rand is required for the poor quality plating to be fixed.

There is no after sales service and NWJ treats customers with contempt.

They delete and ignore social media messages, and when flooded with commentary on social media, are arrogant and curt in their responses, which they take hours to respond to.
