NWJ Pietermaritzburg

I took my gold chain into the Pietermaritzburg Midlands Mall store at end of January 2024 to have the clasp fixed. They told me it would take about 2 months to be fixed. I went back in March, it wasnt ready. An extremely sullen salesperson whatsapped the jeweller to see when it would be but didnt get a reply. Said theyd call me but never did. Ive been phoning the store with no luck. I went in yesterday and was shocked to see the store had closed down!!! I then read about the liquidation. These ******* took clients jewelry knowing we'd never see it again. Who are the liquidators? My chain was not stock of NWJ... you stole it!!! I just want my chain back. You know where the 'repairs' go. Give us back our jewellery.
