NWJ ******* OR NOT???

I took in a gold chain to be repaired on the 13 January 2024 at Greenstone Shopping Centre in Jhb. I was told that I would be contacted when it is ready. Months passed and no word, so I went in to check and the shop is closed. The phone number doesn't work, and HO emails don't go through. How do I get my chain back?
