NWJ online rings are pathetic and filthy!

I bought a gents ring on on laybye and fully paid for it. I picked it up on 13/11/23 at Liberty Midlands Mall branch. I was extremely disappointed at the ring. It looked second hand, scratched and visibly dirty. I sent it back immediately and sent an email to NWJ. Thats on 13/11/23, since then I had back forth emails with the company. I requested a refund and the matter so escalated to their accounts department. After several emails I was refunded and R385 instead of R846. To date I have sent endlkess queries and being told the issue will be sent to accounts. Today 09/12/23 its almost a month and I haven't received my balance. I sent messages on Twitter, Facebook and emails and this hasnt been corrected. Their latest response on Facebook said refunds are done over 7-14 days. Surely that time has lapsed long time ago. My engagement ring was also from them and I noticed the following day that it has 1 stone missing! I sent my account details before the first payment, but I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY BALANCE. People do not shop at NWJ, the quality of their rings and service is pathetic!
