Nwj no longer quality products
I bought a ring from nwj and had to return it to be resized. It came back damaged. Then I sent it back also to be resized. The second time within a month the a stone fell out. So I sent it back now they ring is so thin. The stones are oddly placed. It seems as if their quality is really getting worse and the quality control is pathetic. At this point I don't knw what to do anymore because I really like this ring but I'm keep getting disappointed

23 Dec 2022, 09:47Hi they have contacted me saying they will collect and refund me. I don't want a refund I want my ring in good condition. So because that can be done will I now be forced to take a refund. Please have a look at the ring they sent me yourselves and see the quality and tell me if you would be happy with it.
