I have a sterling silver ring that needs cleaning and no phone number works and when I got through nobody answered after I was transfered. I called again and now the initial person isn't even picking up the phone. I have been a loyal customer since I was in high school - I am now 28. This is not the service I know. Very disappointed and still have no idea how to get my ring cleaned! Nor is there anyone to help me.
