NWJ Musgrave ******* Service

My Fiancee called NWJ Musgrave today to get a quote on fixing her ring as it looks like a small diamond on the side has fallen out. She was Told it takes 2 to 3 weeks to get this done. I called the Head office in Umhlanga and they told me never 2 to 3 weeks it takes 3 to 5 Days. I am sick and tired of NWJ Musgrave as the last time when i got her ring resized i was told they had lost the ring and couldnt find it and it was back and Forth for 3 Weeks and eventually it was found. Once again NWJ Musgrave you guys have failed again. How is head office allowing them to carry on running if they treat there customers about this. From now on i will Not get a ring from them when i need to get a Wedding ring i will be happy to shop somewhere else.
