NWJ Menlyn Mall bad service
NWJ has to work on their customer service. My mom bought hoops (low quality) and she didn’t even wear them for long. She went to NWJ for assistance and they gave her a run around and accused her of breaking them. We tried calling head office but no one picks up the phone. It is really saddening how customers are treated even the head office does not care.
