NWJ less gold and smaller just for repairs

I took ring for repairs at NWJ Alberton they told me takes 3 working days but took longer. When I recieved ring it was made smaller and gold weight is much less and repair isn't perfect at all and then head office doesn't really help there customer . What did I pay for so much if they did this not happy customer at all Alberton I won't supply you or any branch . If you can do this how many people out there have same issue then . It's a wedding ring now you want me send it back again doesn't work like this really treat you clients fair and get proper staff
